Albert Wong, Founder
Mr. Wong has affluent experience and knowledge in both accounting and legal field. Having worked in a Big-Four firm for several years, Albert also completed the legal education and professional certificate of law.
Currently, he is serving as Independent Non-Executive Director(s) for the following Hong Kong

LAI Wing Wai, Senior Partner
Mr. Lai has over 18 years’ experience in auditing with variety of clients.
Mr. Lai has extensive experience in corporate audits of small and medium enterprises in Hong Kong to US listed companies over a wide variety of industries. He is also keenly involved in performing assignments in relation to initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Martin Wong, Director of Audit
Mr. Wong has more than 20 years in audit and financial reporting both Hong Kong and US companies.
Florence MAK, Director of Audit
Ms. Mak has been responsible for a wide range of audit engagements, from HK SMEs to US-listed companies for over 14 years of experience. She focuses on audit and assurance services, HK statutory tax filings, as well as mergers and acquisitions engagements and financial due diligence reviews for clients in various industries.
Ms. Mak’s clients cover a wide range of industries including property investment, garment, electric car manufacturing, hotel operations, supermarket operations, health product production, etc. Ms. Mak also has experience in auditing Type 1, 4. 6, 9 licensed companies.
Ms. Mak is conversant in HKFRS, HKFRS for PE, SME-FRS, IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB standards and US SEC reporting requirements.
K.K. Chau, Senior Manager
Mr. Chau has more than 25 years’ experience in auditing and taxation in Hong Kong.
